Oversized, bulky, or heavy materials take extra labor, truck space, and disposal. These items are priced separately or added on top of your base load price.
Examples of larger or heavier items:
Large sectionals, sleeper sofas, and bulky furniture take more truck space and require more labor to move safely. Extra fees apply.
Concrete, brick, dirt, and tile are billed by weight and volume. These may require a custom quote and cannot be lumped into standard load pricing.
Upload photos before booking so we can confirm the estimate. For bulky or mixed jobs, we'll show an estimate range pending photo review.
Some jobs are quoted as a range (e.g. $325โ$475) rather than a fixed total. Final price is confirmed at the time of pickup after we see the actual load.
